This position is in the shared services team and responsible for daily AP accounting functions for multiple retail brands in Japan markets. The main responsibility of this position is primarily responsible for AP function. Ensure a proper and timely reporting in compliance with accounting standard.

- Manage incoming invoices:
- Check invoices consistency and reconcile with payment application
- Key staff expenses in the system and answer inquiries from employees
- Collect and update vendor and employees bank details
- Posts advanced payments
- Manage payments:
- Collect and update vendor and employees bank details
- Intercompany Settlement
- Bank Reconciliation
- Bank Balance Management (incl. Intercompany Borrow & Loan)
- Responsible for AP related projects

Reporting Line：AP Manager

■休日：完全週休二日制, 祝日, 年末年始, 土, 日

・Approx. 3 years + of experience in a similar position
・Recognized professional qualification in accountancy
・Experience from prior work in an accounting department
・Process knowledge associated with an ERP-application (AP module)
・ERP Package (SAP) implementation experience
・Vendor Master Management Experience (preferable)
・Knowledge of Japanese accounting rules
・Good English skills would be appreciated
・Good organization & analytical skills
・Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
